Jason H. Alperstein practices in the areas of commercial and class action litigation and is admitted to practice law in both Florida and New York. Mr. Alperstein earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology, with Honors, from Brown University in 2004. In 2008, Mr. Alperstein received a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami School of Business, where he was a Graduate Assistant Scholar. While attending law school, Mr. Alperstein was on the Dean’s List, a member of the Business Law Review, and a student advocate on the Honor Council. Mr. Alperstein is a member of the Business Law, Trial Lawyers, and Young Lawyers sections of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Mr. Alperstein is also a member of the American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association. Mr. Alperstein is a native of South Florida and is the past Miami-Dade Area Chair of the Brown Alumni Schools Committee. He is also a founding member of the American Heart Association’s PULSE. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Alperstein served as an intern in the United States Senate and the Washington D.C. bureau of CNN. |
