Chase Berger concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berger was an associate at Genovese, Joblove & Battista, P.A. where he focused his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Before that, Mr. Berger was a judicial clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Office of the United States Attorney (SDFL), where he worked in the White Collar and Economic Fraud unit under supervision of Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jeffrey Kay and Laurence Bardfeld.

Mr. Berger is an active member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Berger is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and for the Middle District of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of Moot Court Honor Society and the Criminal Law Society. He was also a competitor in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Mr. Berger earned his bachelor of science in Finance and Marketing from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2005. He is fluent in Spanish.
